At Capital Area Dentistry, we understand the pivotal role insurance plays in facilitating access to much-needed dental care. As part of our comprehensive service and commitment to our patients, we are pleased to complete and file insurance forms related to dental services on your behalf.
We are in-network with the following dental PPO plans.

We are not in-network with any HMO, DMO or capitation dental plans.
For out-of-network patients, please inquire with your dental insurance company about “out-of-network” benefits.
We are not in-network with all dental insurances but, we serve a large number of families who use their out-of-network benefits.
In cases where your insurance provider requires a predetermination of benefits prior to commencing treatment, we will submit a detailed treatment sequence with the associated charges. This ensures you are fully informed about your coverage and potential out-of-pocket expenses.
To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you provide us with a current insurance card for each family member at each visit. This allows us to have the most up-to-date information and ensures a seamless billing process.
